Oldtimers

Hi there,

I decided to post another blog about cars.

I just went thrue some old books that were in our attic, and I found this oldtimer catalogue.
I decided to check it out, and I found some odd looking, but special cars they do not make anymore these days.

Here are some of the cars that I think are really unique.

BMW Isetta 250 (1955-1962)

BMW 600 (1957-1959)

Messerschmitt KR175 (1953-1954)

The Messerschmitt KR175 aka ''the Bubble car'' was the first vehicle built by Messerschmitt under its 1952 agreement with Fritz Fend. Approximately 15,000 were built before it was replaced by the Messerschmitt KR200 in 1956.

Alfa Romeo Montreal (1970-1975)

The Alfa Romeo Montreal was introduced as a concept car in 1967 at Expo 67, held in Montreal, Canada. Originally, the concept cars were displayed without any model name, but the public took to calling it The Montreal. It was a 2+2 coupe using the 1600 cc engine of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti and the chassis of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT.

Fiat Abarth 850/1000 (1960-1970)

Alfa Romeo Junior Zagato 1.3 (1969-1972) & 1.6 (1972-1975)
